Visualization

I know that right now I have every single thing I prayed for my entire life.  It is almost as if I dreamed it and it just showed up.  Visualization is an important piece to reaching any goal.  Here are 3 easy things you can do right now to start changing your life for the good.

Firstly, cut the negative. People sometimes say things about us ; however, they just are not true.  Therefore, we believe things about ourselves that hold no truth or value to our lives.  I was a loser, dork, smarty-pants, goody goody in high school according to some.  That is on them.  Today, I walk in truth with Jesus.  I am a child of a King.  Write down every single negative thing Nancy ever said about you and then go through that list and cross it out.  It holds no power here.

Secondly, believe that you can. Self talk is a reality to our brain so tell it all the wonderful things about you.  Despite the hard times, you and God can do this.  Program yourself to believe that you are good.  You are kind.  You are helpful.  If you don’t, someone else will program you to believe that you aren’t.  That simply is not true.  Be responsible with what you say to yourself and remind yourself often how amazing you are in this life.

Thirdly, write Down Who You Are in 3-5 Years. No seriously, write it down.  It is time to put those visualization skills to good use! What do you look like?  Your home?  Your kiddos?  What does your car look like?  What do you do?  How do you show up in this world?  How much money do you make?  Who do you help?  What is new?  Are your debts paid?  Do you tithe?  What is your self care?  How does it smell?  Feel?  How do you make others feel?  Yes, some of those sound silly, but just keep thinking about it.  Write it down and look at it often.  All of a sudden, you will be that person.

Chase a dream, live the life you always wanted, the one that has been waiting for you.  Pray about it.  Visualize it. Maybe even make a vision board, but above all, do not stop chasing after it.  Come join my Three G Oil Facebook community.  We have be setting our minds up for success this month.
